terrents.ai provides an AI-powered platform that:

- Transcribes and analyzes the conversation
- Generates a professionally written book based on the interview
- Creates a custom book cover
- Provides downloadable PDF and image files
2. No Guarantees - "As-Is" Service
This service is provided "AS-IS" without warranties of any kind.
We make no guarantees regarding:
- The quality, accuracy, or completeness of the generated book
- The literary merit or publishability of the content
- The suitability of the book for any specific purpose
- The absence of errors, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies
You acknowledge that:
- The book is AI-generated and may contain errors or imperfections
- You receive the book exactly as the AI creates it
- We are not responsible for how well the AI interprets your interview
- Book quality depends on interview quality and clarity
3. Refund Policy
We offer a hassle-free refund policy:
- If you are not satisfied with your book, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase
- Simply contact us with your book ID or payment confirmation
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- No questions asked - we want you to be happy with your book

4. Intellectual Property & Ownership
You own your book content.
- The stories, ideas, and experiences you share are yours
- The generated book content is your intellectual property
- You may use, publish, or distribute your book however you wish
- We retain no rights to your book content
We own the platform and technology.
- The terrents.ai website, software, and AI system are our property
- You may not copy, reverse engineer, or replicate our service
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our service to:
- Create content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights
- Generate books containing hate speech, threats, or explicit content involving minors
- Impersonate others or misrepresent yourself
- Abuse the system with excessive requests or automated bots
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or damage our platform
We reserve the right to refuse service or delete content that violates these terms.
6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Important: Your book is created by artificial intelligence.
- AI may occasionally generate inaccurate or nonsensical content
- You are responsible for reviewing and editing the final book if needed
- We are not liable for any factual errors or creative liberties taken by the AI
- The AI interprets your interview to the best of its ability, but results may vary
7. Payment Terms
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- All sales are final unless you request a refund within 7 days
- Prices are displayed in USD
- You only pay after seeing a preview of your book
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any damages resulting from use of our service
- We are not responsible for lost data, corrupted files, or technical errors
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your book ($20)
- We are not liable for third-party service failures (OpenAI, Stripe, etc.)
9. Service Availability
We strive to keep our service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted service
- Error-free operation
- Compatibility with all devices or browsers
We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
10. Account & Session Management
Our service currently operates without user accounts:
- Your session is tied to browser cookies and session tokens
- If you clear your browser data, you may lose access to your book preview
- After purchase, you should download your book immediately
- We recommend saving your book files in a secure location
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last Updated" date to reflect changes.
